(12 December 2022) Audiobooks, at least for me, are superior to writing because they allow for a greater flow of information. Your brain is like a funnel that can only accept a certain amount of information per second. If, by technology, the brain's "funnel" could be expanded when needed, this problem* could be solved. This is one of the benefits of neurological technology. Whole books could be read in seconds. But can the biological structure of the brain even support such a thing? At this point, would you even need a brain? And without a human brain, are you even human? Why should you live then?
*Is it even a problem? No; not currently. But it is something that would be good to change. It will, however, as we increase our reliance on technology, become a problem should it be taken away.
